No Matter What Circumstances may Suggest; God is Always Faithful.

In America we have the freedom of choice.

We can choose to believe God or follow a different path. I’m here, today, by the grace and mercy of God, and I choose the way that leads to eternal life. I choose Jesus Christ.

I used to base my life on feelings, alone. If I felt that it was the will of God, I would pursue, thus and so. If I felt that my life would have a good direction if I took the high road, then, by all means let me get my walking shoes on and take the high road. This worked for me in most cases. In the decisions that maybe I wouldn’t need to agonize over, or those that didn’t require such a sacrifice. But when we truly walk with the Lord, we don’t always take the high road.

Our greatest learning experiences and strengthening experiences don’t happen when we have an abundant supply of everything. It doesn’t happen when we know that we do have resources to fall back on, just in case, this or that, doesn’t work out. Our greatest learning experiences in trust usually come when we can’t trust our own resources; but rather, times when we are solely dependent on the Lord to provide our needs. It is human nature to prepare for the worst, and feel a sense of dread when we will be called to make a decision that involves our future. If we didn’t know that the Lord is faithful to us and that he loves us with an everlasting love, we could be paralyzed with fear, and not be able to accomplish anything that would free us from the bondage of circumstances.

I’m here, today, to tell someone that we have a God who is always faithful, even when we fail to do our part. I don’t worry about the future because I know that God holds my future. I love the words of the song, “Because he lives, I can face tomorrow; because he lives all fear is gone; because I know, he holds the future, my life is worth the living, just because he lives.” Don’t be discouraged if you are going through difficult circumstances right now; God knows exactly what you need to be victorious. It may require you to examine yourself and your commitment to the Lord. Are you trusting him with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength?

Then, receive this Lattereign as a reminder that the Lord is faithful, and he never goes back on a promise. May the Lord richly bless you, in Jesus Name.

God is Faithful

About gracemorganwriter

What is a writer? Someone who writes. For me, writing means to observe the world in a fresh way; it gives us encouragement when we are struggling to follow the path, and hope that we can keep pressing towards the mark. Writing gives us grace for the journey, and shines light into the darkened places of our soul.
